Women in Leadership (WiL) Programme: certified coaches

The Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) programme seeks to appoint a pool of certified coaches on a consultancy basis for the Women in Leadership (WiL) Programme.

WiL offers its participants six individual coaching sessions as part of the programme. Each coach will be allocated between one and five coachees. Coaches will be coordinated and managed by the WiL Programme Leader. Coaching activities will take place over November 2026 to March 2027.

Consultants must:
Preferably have a relevant postgraduate degree.
Be fully qualified coaches (copies of accredited coach training certificates as well as registration with a professional coaching association, or registration with the HSPCA, to be submitted with application/proposal).
Have at least 3 – 5 years of experience as a coach.
