Summary of the Impact:
Phumani Paper (Phumani) was initially established as a UJ community engagement programme when it was the former Technikon Witwatersrand (TWR) on the Doornfontein campus. The programme reported to the former Director of Research and Innovation (Prof Auf der Heyde) and was initially funded by the joint ministry of the Department of Science, Technology, Arts and Culture (DACST).
