A fearless strategist will be missed in South Africa’s higher education sector
The outgoing Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of the Witwatersrand, Professor Adam Habib, was this week described as a fearless strategist who will be sorely missed in South Africa’s higher education sector. These were the words of Professor Wim de Villiers, Deputy Chairperson of Universities South Africa (USAf), who is also Vice-Chancellor and Principal of Stellenbosch University.
