Comment on the Draft Policy Framework on Open Learning and Distance Education:Universities of South Africa(May 2017)

In response to a draft Open Learning Policy Framework for Post-School Education and Training published in a Government Gazette dated 7 April 2017, USAf presented an opinion essentially indicating the need to standardise terminology used in the policy, particularly the concepts, such as “blended learning” and “open.”
