The first Universities South Africa’s Thought Leadership event kicks off on 2 October 2025

As 2025 enters its final quarter, public universities are preparing for yet another challenging admissions season in 2026. They will be turning away hundreds of higher education aspirants who cannot be accommodated in Bachelor’s programmes due to limited space.  This challenge will be the subject of discussion at the first Thought Leadership event of Universities South Africa (USAf) to be hosted in a hybrid format from the Future Africa campus of the University of Pretoria in Hatfield East, Pretoria, on 2 October 2025.
